Ticketing for your sporting event is a very sensitive matter. Booking and purchasing online must work smoothly, otherwise disappointment is huge and trust is damaged. That's why we developed PLUG&YAY - ticketing that fulfills your wishes. With the dashboard, you have ticketing fully under control:

  • Your ticket store is branded and performs on the mobile device.
  • You can easily create events yourself.
  • Descriptive texts, images and, of course, prices for admission or season tickets provide the necessary information and strengthen the bond with fans.

The fans have an appointment with you as the organizer. Full of anticipation, they stand at the entrance, ticket or season ticket in hand. If the server goes down ... we are equipped for it! PLUG&YAY thinks through processes in all variations. For you, this means a happy end.

Fail-safe: For access control, we provide a small server that stores the current ticket data. This means that all tickets and season tickets can be validated. If the server does not recognize the ticket, a signature in the QR code shows whether it is valid for the event. Even in offline mode, an admission ticket is forgery-proof in this way. If required, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) protects against power failure. Otherwise, all mobile scanners and servers as well as the PLUG&YAY POS system feel at home in Deutsche Telekom's 5G network and run independently of the Internet provided at the location.

IT security: We keep all systems up to date with the latest technology. And quite honestly: our codes have no place here. Let's talk about it in person.
