2019

Cash box and tear-off card - this is how many clubs around the world organize their ticketing. In 2019, this was still the case for a club in the second German Basketball League. Something had to change, that was clear. They opted for an online ticket store, but it didn't fit in with the box office system. Bummer. What now?

Jonas volunteered at a regional sports club and took up the challenge. He developed programs that combined the ticketing and box office systems. The office was now able to work much more efficiently. Jonas realized that there was more to it! The idea for Ticketing Solutions was born.

2020

After a year of development work, Ticketing Solutions GmbH was founded and launched on the market. The advantage for sports event organizers is that the program can be individually adapted to their needs. Both large and small clubs approached the smart developers. The portfolio was expanded with each project.

2021

Corona unleashed a lot of creative energy. The drive-in movie theater was discovered as an event venue. Ticketing Solutions provided the right support: the license plate number was turned into an admission ticket. The online ticket was linked to a scan of the license plate and contactless entry was perfect. At the same time, Jonas, Lars and their team worked on solutions for the time after the lockdown. The result was a system consisting of software and hardware that allows visitors to scan their ticket themselves. It can be combined with guideline-compliant box offices, catering and merchandising. Sportwelt Dortmund gGmbH recognized the potential.

The company offers various events in parallel. Since then, Ticketing Solutions has been used to bundle all services for visitors. That's more than Ticketing Solutions, isn't it?

2022

Now was the time for PLUG&YAY smart experience management. The new brand expands ticketing to include all visitor touchpoints. It makes it clear that services can be cleverly linked digitally. With the multi-event dashboard, you can manage different offers at different locations, regardless of time and place. Bang. Providers increase their efficiency and profits and strengthen customer loyalty and trust.
